Die Cool Tool Seitendrehmeißel sind wahrscheinlich die am weitest entwickelten Werkzeuge dieser Sparte. Mit ihren neu konzipierten Kühlsystemen erreichen sie nicht nur höhere Standzeiten, sondern auch eine Verbesserung des Spanbruchs.

The Cool Tool turning tools are probably the most advanced tools in this section. With their newly designed cooling systems, they not only achieve longer tool life, but also an improvement in chip breakage.

>> Die „Coolant Noozle“ Düsen 1 und 3 wirken direkt auf den Span. Sowohl beim Plan- als auch beim Längsdrehen. Durch die Anbringung der Düsen über der Schneidkante wird ein Maximum an Kühlwirkung erzielt.

>> Die innovative Spannpratze mit massiver D-Klemmung hält die Wendeschneidplatte jederzeit sicher im Plattensitz. Die in der Spannpratze eingebrachte Düse 2 hat die kürzeste Distanz (Verdoppelung der Distanz, Halbierung des Drucks) zum Wirkpunkt und den flachsten Einfallwinkel am Markt. Hieraus resultiert die größtmögliche Verbesserung des Spannbruchs sowie dessen Abtransport.

>> Die 4. Düse ist so in den Halter eingebracht, dass sie von unten direkt in das Zentrum der Wärmeentwicklung spritzt. Die größte Scherwirkung befindet sich zwischen dem Schneidkantenradius und dem zu zerspanenden Material. Der hieraus resultierenden Wärmeentwicklung wirkt die Düse 4 optimal entgegen.

Der Cool Tool Seitendrehmeißel ist durch seine Konzeptionierung kompatibel zu allen gängigen Werkzeugaufnahmesystemen am Markt. In die eingebrachten Anschlußgewinde 1/8“ unterhalb des Kopfes und hinten am Seitendrehmeißel hat man die Möglichkeit, Schnellverbinder mit Steckanschluss einzuschrauben (als Zubehör erhältlich).

Thanks to its design, the Cool Tool turning tool is compatible with all common tool holding systems on the market. It is possible to screw quick connectors with a plug-in connection into the 1/8" connection threads underneath the head and at the back of the side turning tool (available as an accessory).
