Introduction
The Practice Learning Hub (PLH) is designed to have oversight and responsibility for the delivery of a centralised approach to the support and operational services of practice-learning in health and social care-related education and training.
Our Vision
To provide strategic leadership and deliver dynamic, innovative and high-quality practice learning across health and social care programmes.
Our Aim – Service Scope
1. Ensure enhanced practice learning experiences through streamlined and transparent policies and procedures.
2. Enhanced communication channels and signposting with learners and stakeholders.
3. Monitoring and evaluation of practice, ensuring high standards and identifying areas for improvement and development.
