PRESENTATION SUMMARY: The group discussed the following questions: What are this veteran's needs? Do they have any unspoken needs? How would you prioritize their needs? What resources would you think to utilize? During this interaction, what tasks would you be responsible for and what tasks would you ask the veteran to complete? How would you communicate to the veteran what tasks you want them to complete? When would you follow up? When you follow up what questions would you ask? How do you know when you're done?
