Over a week, the coaching team will train teens and adults in the Academy’s Champion Building methodology. Our Diamond Dome courts make a stunning architectural stage for this elite sports camp. On top, we have an excellent Club House, Ice Lab sports recovery and always energising Alpine air. A CAMP TO BUILD CHAMPIONS THE RAFA NADAL ACADEMY BY MOVISTAR HAS DEVELOPED A UNIQUE TENNIS SYSTEM THAT WILL HELP YOU PLAY FAST, FLUID, BEAUTIFUL TENNIS. At the Camp a team of coaches will help you create a unique playing identity and develop your talent. With adult and teen tennis camps running each day, this is an ideal opportunity for sporting families to share their tennis passion. • Two adult groups of up to 15 players, with two hours coaching each day • Young athletes in groups of 12 are divided by age between 12 to 18 years • Teens train for 7 hours a day with a competition on sixth day
ADULT TENNIS CAMP ACROSS FIVE DAYS THE RAFA NADAL ACADEMY BY MOVISTAR WILL COACH YOU WITH THEIR ‘BUILDING A CHAMPION’ SYSTEM. Two-hour sessions begin at 4.30 pm or 6.30 pm. Players will learn: • Technical skills to play fast, fluid and beautiful tennis • How to take the initiative of the game • How to generate power in forced positions and turn a losing position into a win • Patience and endurance to outplay your opponents at the baseline • Tactics to turn defence into offence • Development plan • The camp will wrap up with a Champions celebration This regenerative stay includes unlimited access to our 10,000 sqm Alpine Spa, two 60-minute spa treatments and two cryotherapy sessions, ideal for rapid physical recovery. Accompanying partners are invited for two guided activities such as hiking, cycling or forest bathing. Our mountainside destination is simply breathtaking and will fill each day with fresh inspiration.
TEEN TENNIS CAMP THIS SIX-DAY CAMP IS FOR YOUNG ATHLETES WITH A DEMONSTRABLE INTEREST IN THE SPORT. There will be two age groups, 12 – 15 and 16 – 18. The Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar tennis system is an accelerated learning curve that will nurture their champion spirit. They’ll be schooled in the values that Rafa Nadal has transmitted on and off the court: effort, discipline, honesty, commitment, humility, and respect. They’ll learn to compete, controlling the mind and emotions, confidence and body language, and fighting until the last ball. Between 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM the session includes: • • • • •
Building a champion Tennis skills and weapons Physical fitness Final day singles and doubles competitions Rafa Nadal sports kit and Champions ceremony
Accompanying family will stay full board in this ultimate leisure destination, with Alpine Spa, pools and golf. We also give adults two spa treatments, two cryotherapy sessions and guided activities such as meditation or mountain cycling.
