The Dent Dizziness, Balance & Tinnitus Center (DBTC) is a world-class, internationally renowned medical clinic which provides comprehensive diagnosis and treatment for all vestibular, tinnitus, and balance disorders. Having seen over 1,500 new consults each year, and an additional 400 new tinnitus consults, the DBTC offers a 90% improvement rate among dizziness patients. Directed by Dr. Lixin Zhang, the DBTC provides a comprehensive one stop treatment facility including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, audiologists, diagnostics and a dedicated support staff.

Our center consists of three divisions. The clinic, vestibular therapy team, and the research team. The medical clinic is one of the largest vestibular and tinnitus clinics in the United States, with patients traveling hundreds of miles from across America and Canada to be seen each day. Our medical providers are specialty trained to not just diagnose the root cause and type of each patient’s dizziness or tinnitus, but also implement a specifically tailored protocol to address and treat the problem.

The diagnostic and vestibular therapy team provide diagnostic tools to pinpoint the cause of each patient’s symptoms. Additionally, it provides a full-service vestibular therapy service to rehabilitate patients. We are proud to be one of three sites in the United States which provides state-of-the-art Advanced Vestibular Treatment program. Dr. Lixin Zhang’s research team is dedicated to bring innovative medical research and techniques to our patients. Its primary focus is to improve our patient’s well-being and treatment in dynamic new ways. We also treat Meniere’s Disease, Migraine Associated Vertigo, Post-Concussion Syndrome, and many more.
