Train, Tyler Hubbard headline Taste of Joliet

Five-time platinum band Train is coming to the Taste of Joliet on June 23.

The San Francisco pop rock band found mainstream success with their debut, self-titled album in 1998.

Their 2001 album “Drop of Jupiter” was certified double platinum and won two Grammys. Their third album also reached platinum status, with single “Calling All Angels” as the breakway hit.

Train again found major success in 2009 with the album “Save Me, San Francisco” which produced the 6x platinum single, “Hey, Soul Sister” which reached No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

June 24 is again country nigh headlined by Tyler Hubbard, formerly of Florida Georgia

Line.

He dropped his debut album in January of this year and has had the debut single “5 Foot 9” reach No. 5 on the charts.

Headliners typically play around 9:30pm, but the event opens a 3pm on Friday, and noon on Saturday and Sunday.
