The village, Plainfield Public library district, and Friends of the Plainfield library held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the completion of the Plainfield storywalk in settlers' Park! They hope to see you at the grand opening celebration on saturday, October 5 at 9:30 a.m.

Parents with concerns about drug use and vaping among teens are invited to learn more at a presentation on Oct. 10. The Plainfield Parent Community Network will present “Vaping, Marijuana and Opioids - What Do You Know?” at 5 p.m. in the auditorium at Plainfield East High School, 12001 Naperville Road. The district said the presentation is intended for parents, caregivers, family members, teach-
