& Specifications The hangars are built using low-pressure inflatable tubes, aligned parallel to each other forming a rib-cage structure. Structural stability of the inflatable structure is guaranteed both lengthwise by the support of the lateral air tubes, and crosswise through the internal pressure in the tubes. The material of the tubes is a technical low-weight high-tenacity textile with a wide range of available specifications including Colours, Camouflages, UV & Infrared Protections, Temperature Resistance, Customized Specifications or even Infrared Camouflage.

Doors & Enclosure Systems There is a wide variety of doors to close the hangars, ranging from static, to retractable or even self-sustained door systems. The door systems are named Door-Modules “DM”
DM-Skin Basic door module with a tarpaulin retractable door to the full width of the hangar. Only suitable for hangar “H15-Bravo”.
DM-Layer Descending-edge door module with a tarpaulin retractable door available for medium range hangars. Only suitable for “H15-Bravo”, “H20-Charlie” and “H26-Echo”.
DM-Shelter Semispherical-end door module that transforms an opening of the hangar into an enclosure. It can be used on either ends of the hangar to transform it into a shelter or warehouse. Suitable for all models.
DM-Self-sustained doors Self-sustained doors are available from different manufacturers and for all sizes, they work independently to provide autonomous support required for the bigger hangars. Suitable for all hangars, specially “H32-Lima” and “H38-Tango”.
Anchoring and Ground Fixation Systems Anchoring System The anchoring of the hangar is done using high-resistance straps. These straps are specifically designed to improve security and resistance by enabling: the attachment of the structure to the ground or a platform, and the even distribution of loads.
Ground Fixation Systems Depending on the terrain or specific needs we offer a wide range of ground fixations systems compatible with the Anchoring System included. • Earth screws for heavy soils. • Anchoring Bags for the highest level of flexibility, speed and mobility for all terrains. • Resin-set anchor bolts or shield anchor bolts for permanent or recurring locations. • Mobile wheeled and concrete platforms are also available for extra flexibility.

Services, Technical Report & Services: We are at your disposal! 1. Maintenance Pack The hangar or separate modules are sent to Buildair to undertake Setup + Inspection + Cleaning + Maintenance works that allow the detection of any possible damage or flaw. 2. 24x7 Immediate 24x7 telephone support. 3. Technical support on-site Our technical staff is always available on request, to assist you on-site during setup, dismantling, events or tactical operations. 4. Maintenance Pack On-site This is similar to the Maintenance Pack only performed onsite. It includes a set of maintenance equipment that will come with our team to the maintenance location, namely: • Sewing Machine • Repair Materials and spare parts • 1 Instruction Training Procedure On-site 5. Guaranteed Immediate Spare Parts Pack A complete pack of spare parts is available for immediate repair works on-site. • 1 Central Module • 1 Door Module • 1 Anchoring Bags Pack • 1 Anchors Pack • 2 Motors • 2 Pressure Sensors • 1 Control Box • 100m Cable 6. Remote Monitoring System Control and immediate notification of pressure or power loss occurrence to the portable hangar with tactical team assessment. 7. Extras Technical Report: Exhaustive calculations, simulations and analysis are performed on the hangars to evaluate and determine the most secure parameters under very stressful weather and environment conditions.
