PLANNING GRANTED FOR 75 NEW HOMES IN MARKFIELD ROAD, RATBY

LAGAN HOMES is pleased to announce that planning permission has been granted for the development of 75 new 2,3,4 & 5-bedroom homes in Markfield Road, Ratby.

This marks the second phase of development by Lagan Homes in the area, following the ongoing construction of phase 1, Martinshaw Meadow.

The scheme will contribute to addressing the local housing needs, with 40% of the homes designated as affordable housing. This allocation includes a combination of ‘First Homes’, Affordable Rent homes, and either Shared Ownership or Discount Market Sale options.
