PENDIMO Land and Property Consultants along with Howkins & Harrison have brought to the market a residential development opportunity located in an established residential development area at Ashby Road, Markfield, Leicestershire.

Expressions of interest are sought for the unconditional freehold of the land. Access is taken directly from the public highway (Ashby Road).
