The recently developed warehouse comes with ample and secure parking space for clients to buy as well load building material. The new Bathroom Boutique branch saw the demolition of a building from 50’s turning the place into a center of sorts for building material ranging from plumbing, lighting, sanitary fixtures to ironmongery.

Project contractor made use of the concrete from the old building where the concrete was recycled and used for the new project – a growing trend in Green building using about 70% concrete from the old building. Reusing concrete can be a great way to reduce construction costs whilst also providing benefits to the environment as recycled concrete not only stays out of landfills but also replaces material that otherwise was to be mined and transported for use.

The imposing brick and steel warehouse is made more aesthetically pleasing by the green facade design of the building as seen on the entrance of the building. Inside the branch is fully stocked with all your tiling, sanitaryware as well as a plumbing section for all your plumbing requirements.
