Society takes full responsibility for all aspects of the advertisement process, from drafting the text through to placing it with the agreed publications, websites or job boards.
Executive research can be utilised in many ways. Not only does targeted research invariably secure a stronger, broader and higher calibre field than an advertisement on its own, it can also be used for the purpose of mapping a competitor landscape, for understanding a pool of candidates’ appetite for a move, and for business intelligence.
Candidates are able to download additional information and upload their applications through our website, whilst you monitor progress using our secure Client Portal. Following the conclusion of the advertisement, Society conducts an initial paper-based sift of the candidates before handing the field back to you for your consideration. You choose who to take forward to interview, leaving Society to turn down the unsuccessful applicants. We will also conduct monitoring in line with your own policies and procedures.
We charge for research on a day-rate and will advise you as to how many days we would recommend for each project on request. If executive research is used for recruitment purposes then we will pass across details of all relevant and interested individuals for you to interview, and then take care of turning down the unsuccessful individuals.

This approach typically combines full administrative support of any advertisement with an extensive and dedicated search lasting between two and three weeks.
Society helps with drafting the role specification, managing the design and placement of the advertisement, administering the advert response, and conducting an initial paper-based sift of the applicants. In addition to this we make targeted calls to a range of relevant individuals in order to draw their attention to the advertisement and encourage them to apply. At the conclusion of the search and advertisement we pass the responses back to you for interview and turn down the unsuccessful applicants.
By agreement with the client, the strongest candidates are invited for face-to-face interviews with Society in order for us to access their competencies, cultural fit and potential, as well as to explore those key values which they will need to share with the client organisation. Once a final shortlist is agreed we assist you in structuring your final assessment process and in any negotiations with your preferred candidate about the details of the offer.
