PACKAGING SOLUTIONS Packaging optimized to your needs We can package our products in different ways. Together with you, we will see which option gives the best protection during transport, at the most attractive price. Here you can see the four most common packaging solutions.
Product in cardboard boxes If the items are fragile or not stackable, we often use cardboard boxes. Larger products of reeds, plastic or timber are usually nested and packaged, for smaller products sometimes separation cardboard is needed to keep the articles in place.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS Product in trays in cardboard box For small, fragile products such as glass or ceramic, trays in cardboard boxes are often the best solution. The items are securely and neatly separated. The cardboard box provides more protection and makes it easy to move multiple trays at once.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS Product in trays on pallets For a lot of articles, it’s not necessary to put them into cardboard boxes, only trays on pallets suffice. Because of the different layers that only need to be held together by a paper wrapper, a high-speed processing is possible and there is relatively little waste. At the same time, the trays provide sufficient protection and stability.

PACKAGING SOLUTIONS Product loose on pallets Some items may be packaged loose on pallets. This happens particularly with large products, for example glass or ceramic. In order to reduce the risk of damage, the articles are separated by cardboard.

Quality Controls At Bunnik Creations, we pay a lot of attention to quality. Therefore, a thorough control is always made at the production site. In addition, all required tools are criticized by members of our team.

TRAY OPTIONS Trays are an important part of your packaging solution; the correct tray can process your product a lot easier. Together we look for the right shape and the best material for the tray.
Cardboard trays Trays are usually made of cardboard, which provides opportunities for the size, shape, and prints. Cardboard is also very tight, making the products remain neatly in place during transport. The low price makes the cardboard tray an attractive solution for your packaging.
