Deposit & Payments To confirm your booking, we will need a non-refundable deposit. 28 days prior to your departure you will be required to pay the outstanding amount. See our website for full T&Cs.
Your travel documents Your documents, including itineraries and hotel lists, are prepared approximately three weeks before you depart.
Travel insurance It is strongly encouraged that you are adequately insured for the duration of your trip, as we’d hate for something to happen to you and you’re not covered.

MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE

Our small group tours have always been capped at a maximum of just 20 travellers. Using full size coaches with our full groups of 20 passengers means there are always plenty of free seats and space to spread out, making it easier to take in the incredible views and allowing for social distancing throughout the vehicle. Groups made up of fewer numbers will travel in a smaller vehicle. No matter your group size you will always have room to spread out in comfortable and clean transportation.
