Getting Bike trails around on two wheels

• The Hike & Bike Trail in the Heights runs from 26th Street and Nicholson, loops to 7th Street near Cortlandt and ends up all the way to White Oak Bayou and Interstate 10. • The West White Oak Bayou Trail runs from the intersection of Interstate 10 and Pinemont and runs parallel to the bayou and T.C. Jester

Boulevard. The path is about 5.0 miles. • The bike path at Shepherd Park, 4725 Brinkman, runs about 0.25 miles. • The Heritage Corridor Bayou Trail begins at Stude Park and runs along White Oak Bayou ending at Lockwood. Parts of the 6-mile trail are still under construction.
