After a three year delay, the Physician Specialty Center at 1900 North Loop West between Ella and T.C. Jester is open for business, or at least a portion of it is. There are offices open on the first through fifth floors of the six story building with additional office space still being constructed on the fifth and sixth floors. The entire structure offers 19,850 square feet and LoopNet lists the rental rate as $23 per square foot a year as a minimum. Parking will be free of charge in the parking lot and the three-level garage. Melody Dickerson chose nursing as a career in high school, after being hospitalized following a car accident.
