The selling exhibition includes many views of the Alps and Switzerland (Matterhorn, Chamonix, Mont Blanc, Guttanen, Grindelwald, Innsbruck, Schaffhausen, Neuchatel, Laufenburg and Baden), Italy (Venice including relating to Stones of Venice, Florence, Rome, Lucca, Pistoia and Palermo), France (Grand Chartreuse, Laon, Avignon and Chartres) and England (his home in Herne Hill, Windsor Castle and Bolton Abbey) as well as a number of still lifes and a letter from Ruskin to George Richmond.
