BEACON I

Beacon I is the first Class-A office development inside Abele Business Park. Its 45,000 square-feet are wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass windows and topped with solar panels, making Beacon I an exquisite combination of modern design and innovative function in office space. DIAMOND RIDGE

Diamond Ridge is the latest spec development in the Burns Scalo Real Estate portfolio. This three-building campus in Moon Township will offer more than 500,000 square-feet of light-infused workspace in an amenity-rich campus connected to public transit and nestled in Pittsburgh’s largest submarket, the Parkway West. The $130 Million development is being mindfully designed with abundant biophilic elements to connect office occupants to nature creating a soothing and healthy environment in which to work. Diamond Ridge is scheduled to begin development in 2021.

Only a short walk away is Southpointe Town Center, a tree-lined Main Street where people live and work with the convenience of banks, fitness center, yoga studio, dentist, nail salon, mail center, restaurants, and coffee shop just down the street. Zenith Ridge was delivered in 2014.
