PITTSBURGH, PA -- Burns Scalo Real Estate (BSRE) and RDC Design+Build, Inc. (RDC) today announced their partnership and plans for the development of a $75 Million, mix-used building named The Vision on Fifteenth. Sitting at the corner of 15th and Smallman Street, The Vision on Fifteenth will be the latest addition to Pittsburgh’s white-hot Strip District with plans to break ground in Q1 2020. The nine-story masterpiece will sit next to District Fifteen, the neighboring four-story, 100,000 square-foot office building constructed by RDC, which is the new Pittsburgh home to Facebook. Strategically positioned at the “front door” to the Strip District, The Vision on Fifteenth will offer natural and convenient walkability to both the Pittsburgh CBD and the flourishing retail and hospitality experience of the Strip District. The Vision on Fifteenth will be more than twice the size of its neighbor, boasting more than 275,000 square-feet of amenity-rich commercial office space, street-level restaurant and retail, plus additional research and development space; a contemporary amenity for the progressive-minded businesses that continue to flock to Pittsburgh and the thriving Strip District.
