All estimates/prices are in Australian Dollars. Viewing: Lots will be available for viewing at our Caboolture office, most Weekdays – It is recommended you call in advance of journeying there on 0409 473 150.. Photocopies of small lots may be provided on request - Please forward business-sized Stamped envelope. E-mail scans of lots are also available on request. Your Bids: Please indicate your bids on the form provided. You may bid at, above, or below the estimates. Reserves are generally 80% of estimates. Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at approximately 5% above the second highest bid, however, we will generally round to the nearest 25c/50c on lots up to $10. Irrespective of your actual bid amounts,
in instances where you are the only bidder, lots will be provided at reserves . Where equal bids are received, preference will be given to the earliest bid. Where the Break Tied Bids option has been accepted, your bid will be increased by 1 bid step if necessary to secure the lot for you. Goods & Services Tax (GST): The current standard within the philatelic trade is that retail prices (known amounts) are inclusive of GST and uncertain prices (eg Postal Bid/Auction) are exclusive of GST. Overseas (export) sales do not attract GST. Accordingly, GST of 10% will be added to the total of Bid Sale lots on Australian clients’ invoices. No additional amount will be added to overseas clients’ invoices. GST is absorbed by us on Direct Sale lots. Order Limits: Clients may place bids on all items they are interested in, together with an overall spending limit (if lower than the total). We will work through your bids in order and supply as many as possible within the stated limit. Bids may be placed as follows -

Postage on Orders: Postage is extra on all orders under $110 (including GST). Registered Post (cost generally $5.00) is used for all Australian orders exceeding $40. Where successful bids (plus GST) by Australian clients exceed $110, the consignment will be posted at no charge to the customer. Postage (including registration, where required) on all overseas orders is charged at cost. There is no objection to clients providing stamps to be used for return postage.
Due to current Australia Post regulations, we are obliged to use pre-paid labels/envelopes for registration charges. Payment Options: Personal cheques (Australian only) are acceptable, subject to clearance. Cash/Money Orders are fine. Credit card payments are welcome and provision has been made on the form for payment details. All card details are treated with utmost confidentiality and care!

End of Postal Bid Sale 111, Thank You NEXT SALE: Sale 112, December 2016 Please Note: It takes around 7-10 days for us to process bids and despatch lots
SMALL VACATION We will be taking a short break from 25 October to 4 November. During that brief period, we will not be contactable by telephone and will have very limited email access. Bids for Sale 111 can be submitted in the usual manner and will be processed in the order of their receipt. This sale has an extended closing date (9 November) to allow for our absence.
TELEPHONE NUMBER
New Stock Acquisitions We have recently purchased a couple of reasonably complete and up-to-date Australian decimal collections, including booklets, self-adhesive stamps and special sheetlets. These will be processed progressively into our general show stocks. Australian Price List We are presently working on a reasonably comprehensive Australian price list (early tomodern issues). Our aim is to have this list completed by January 2017, for publication on our web-site www.burstamp.com. Hard copies will also be made available. 2017 International Stamp Exhibition We have signed up for a full stand for this important event to be held at Caulfield Function Centre (Melbourne) 30 March to 2 April 2017. This will be the biggest philatelic event to be held in Australia since the highly successful Australia 2013 International Exhibition. As well as philatelics, it will also feature a significant participation by Perth Mint and major numismatic traders. IT IS AN EVENT YOU SHOULD TRY TO ATTEND.
We have recently cancelled our home land-line.
Stands are SOLD OUT to local and International traders and Post Agencies.
All telephonic contact should be made to our Mobile number 0409 473 150
Similar to 2013, we will be offering KEN’S KLEARANCE KORNER – Don’t miss out on Ken’s bargains.
