All estimates/prices are in Australian Dollars. Viewing: Lots will be available for viewing at our Caboolture office, most Weekdays – It is recommended you call in advance of journeying there on 0409 473 150.. Photocopies of small lots may be provided on request - Please forward business-sized Stamped envelope. E-mail scans of lots are also available on request. Your Bids: Please indicate your bids on the form provided. You may bid at, above, or below the estimates. Reserves are generally 80% of estimates. Lots will be sold to the highest bidder at approximately 5% above the second highest bid, however, we will generally round to the nearest 25c/50c on lots up to $10. Irrespective of your actual bid amounts,

in instances where you are the only bidder, lots will be provided at reserves. Where equal bids are received, preference will be given to the earliest bid. Where the Break Tied Bids option has been accepted, your bid will be increased by 1 bid step if necessary to secure the lot for you. Goods & Services Tax (GST): The current standard within the philatelic trade is that retail prices (known amounts) are inclusive of GST and uncertain prices (eg Postal Bid/Auction) are exclusive of GST. Overseas (export) sales do not attract GST. Accordingly, GST of 10% will be added to the total of Bid Sale lots on Australian clients’ invoices. No additional amount will be added to overseas clients’ invoices. GST is absorbed by us on Direct Sale lots. Order Limits: Clients may place bids on all items they are interested in, together with an overall spending limit (if lower than the total). We will work through your bids in order and supply as many as possible within the stated limit. Bids may be placed as follows -

Where successful bids (plus GST) by Australian clients exceed $110, the consignment will be posted at no charge to the customer. Postage (including registration, where required) on all overseas orders is charged at cost. There is no objection to clients providing stamps to be used for return postage.
