1 cup cottage cheese 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 3 large eggs, lightly beaten Cooking spray Maple syrup Fruit of choice 1. Combine cottage cheese, flour, oil, and eggs in a large bowl. 2. Make circular pancakes of 1/3 cup each in your skillet. 3. Cook pancakes until bubbly and browned. Flip to cook both sides. 4. Top with maple syrup, toppings, and other desired toppings.
