Recently, Briggs & Forrester provided design, installation, and aftercare services on a £54 million contract for Manchester College City Campus.

Thanks to Briggs & Forrester’s knowledge of and breadth of skill the building has achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ standards by incorporating sustainable and energy efficient services.

Focussed on constructing the future, Briggs & Forrester has recently completed work on 61 Curzon Street, which also achieved an Excellent BREEAM rating.

Working in collaboration with Blenheim House Construction, Briggs & Forrester Special Projects were responsible for carrying out the mechanical, electrical and public health services for the eight-storey multi-use development.

Whilst Briggs & Forrester works nationally, it has a spectrum of regional hubs, enabling a local service with the supporting resources of a national contractor.
