PARIS SAINT GERMAIN
The first players arrived at the Paris Saint-Germain Women’s Youth Academy on Wednesday, 2 August, the latest step to consolidate the development of the Club’s talented female players.
After a notable entry into the TOP 50 in 2022, Paris Saint-Germain has climbed to the 36th position in this season’s ranking of the valuations of the largest sports franchises, as per Forbes magazine. The study published today values the Parisian franchise at $4.21 billion. It confirms that Paris SaintGermain is the fastest-growing sports franchise in the global elite. By reaching the 36th position, Paris Saint-Germain has made a remarkable leap of 12 places compared to 2022, the largest jump recorded by the study in a single year. This trend holds true over the long term, as Paris Saint-Germain is the sports franchise with the highest fiveyear growth in value (+334%).
Last June, the American magazine announced that it valued Paris Saint-Germain at over $4 billion ($4.21 billion), a first in the club’s history. This position is expected to be confirmed in the coming years thanks to the valuation of real estate assets such as the full opening of the training and development center in Poissy and the club’s project to become the owner of its stadium.
The club considers its valuation as one of the fundamental drivers of its future success and its place among the elite sports franchises in the world.
