Negotiating Commercial Leases and Renewals FOR DUMMIES! By: Dale Willerton & Jeff Grandfield This is the book your landlord doesn’t want you to read! Whether you need a lease renewal rent reduction, a new lease negotiated, site selection or a document reviewed, Willerton and Grandfield are the go to guys for tenants. As a former shopping centre manager and leasing agent, Willerton realized it wasn’t the landlord who needed his help, it was the tenant – so over 20 years ago he switched sides.
