Summers Title: President, ARB Underground Group Location: Lake Forest, CA Mr. Summers began his career with ARB, Inc. in June of 1983 as a Project Engineer/Estimator in Bakersfield, California. In 1986 he started and managed the ARB Northern California Division until 1989 when he was promoted to a Vice President position within the company and appointed to the ARB Board of Directors. From 1995 to 2005, he served as Senior Vice President, becoming President in 2006. Mr. Summers works closely with ARB Underground Vice Presidents and Division Managers to oversee all operations of the ARB offices in California and International Projects. He also works closely with the presidents of ARB sister companies, Rockford Corporation and Q3 Contractors, 4
to advise their operations under the Primoris umbrella. Mr. Summers is a current member of the Board of Directors and Past President of IPLOCA (International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association); Co-Chairman of the California Pipeline Contractors Association; Past President of PLCA (Pipe Line Contractors Association) and member of the PLCA Labor Committee for 23 years; and currently Co-Chairman of the LNPF (Laborers National Pension Fund). Mr. Summers holds a BS in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

construction of gas distribution pipelines, cable and conduit, fiber optics, and high voltage underground transmission. As Vice President of the ARB Distribution Pipeline Division, his responsibilities include the management of division managers and key construction personnel on multiple projects that operate from various regional offices and yards. He oversees the Division estimating and administration of contracts. Mr. Dahl is a Past President of the DCA (Distribution Contractors Association) and served on their Board of Directors for seven years. He holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of California, Irvine.

As President of ARB, Mr. Healy plays a pivotal role in the management committee for this project, and will be responsible for all ARB activities. He offers over 30 years in the construction industry, and has provided services on a wide range of project types, including water, wastewater, petrochemical, and power facility construction. He is responsible for strategic direction and leadership in all facets of operations and business development for the ARB Industrial Group. As a key member of the management committee, he works closely with the field teams to provide overall management and coordination of scheduling, estimating, project controls, quality, safety, and other construction activities. Mr. Healy represents ARB as a member of the ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) and is currently a member of the Executive Board and Past President of CPMCA (California Plumbing and Mechanical Contractors Association). He holds a BS in Construction Engineering from State University of New York, Alfred.
