Our insurance company (Progressive) set us up with JAS Auto as it was one of their “hubs.” My truck had a dent in the bumper, which they replaced in one day and called me to come pick it up. My wife’s car was heavily damaged in an accident where she was rear-ended; it was to the point that I thought the car might be totaled - it was not driveable. They had the car for two weeks before they called us to come pick it up, after the insurance adjuster initially telling us it would take AT LEAST three weeks, and that he was certain it would be longer. Jeff Acker came the very next day to do the estimate, even before the insurance adjuster showed up.
