About El Dorado

El Dorado has a population of approximately 13,000 people and is at the edge of the beautiful Flint Hills. El Dorado has several parks, running and biking paths, museums and a vibrant main street full of shopping and restaurants. El Dorado Lake is a premier natural venue for the outdoor enthusiast.

About Wichita

Just 25 miles away is Wichita, Kansas, the largest city in the state with about 600,000 people. Wichita is home to many exciting attractions and museums including the seventh largest zoo in the United States. There’s plenty of cultural experiences, as well as shopping, dining, nightlife, art and culture, and live entertainment. Wichita offers a long list of possibilities!

The official state animal of Kansas is the American Bison. Also known as buffalo, they symbolize free will and free range.

HOW TO CALCULATE YOUR COSTS

Each student pays a registration fee of $15 each semester.

TUITION & FEES*

Online student tuition and fee costs are also based on residency.

*Please note that you are considered a full-time student if you are enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester. However, to graduate in four semesters, we recommend that you enroll in 15 or16 credit hours per semester. A minimum of 12 credit hours are required to qualify for some scholarships and to live in our residence halls.

BOOKS

The costs of books can vary significantly depending on the classes you take. For the purposes of estimating, we generally suggest you add about $600 per semester.

HOUSING

The average cost for on-campus residence halls is $7,220 per year, which includes 19 meals per week.

OTHER COSTS

Some courses may require separate, additional fees. Prices are subject to change. Students may also choose to take courses during the summer semester, at an additional cost.
