• Common App with a non-refundable $50 application fee
• Writing sample, personal statement, or essay (650 words or less)
• Official high school transcript showing coursework completed through junior year
• A School Report completed by your counseling office
• (Optional) SAT and/or ACT scores*
• (Optional) Résumé outlining activities and honors
• (Optional) Letter(s) of recommendation (1–2)
