Green Tea Extract 1. What is Green Tea Extract? Green tea extract is a concentrated green tea supplement derived from the leaves of the green tea plant (Camellia sinensis). Camellia sinensis originates in China. Other teas made from the green tea plant are black, white and oolong tea.
