TERMS and CONDITIONS

Terms, Conditions and Guarantees herein writing shall constitute a binding contract between buyer and seller. Terms of the sale are cash or check payable at the close of the sale and prior to load-out unless previous arrangements have been made with the owner in advance. Animals will be sold to the highest bidder with the auctioneer settling any bidding disputes. Announcements at the sale by the owner or auctioneer will take precedence over statements in the catalog. Each animal becomes the buyer’s risk as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the seller until load-out or for a reasonable period of time. Except for those stated herein writing, there are no further warranties or guarantees of any nature, express or implied.

Payment: A check, cash or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) must be made for purchases directly after sale completion. No exceptions unless agreed upon by sale manager and consignor prior to sale.

Health of the consignments is excellent. Individual health papers will be furnished for shipment in the U.S. All animals become the property of the purchaser(s) at the time of sale and AHA as well as the consignors strongly recommend you insure your purchases.

Delivery of the sale animals to the purchasers is not part of the sale agreements. Association personnel, consignors and exhibitors will be on hand to assist with transportation arrangements in any way possible.

Performance Information contained in the catalog is current according to the official AHA record as of Sept. 19, 2022. All EPDs are pedigree estimates only.

It was handcrafted by Bradley Woodworks of Texas.  It is hand cut and finished with stain and lacquered to make sure it stands the test of time.  It boasts a beautiful Hereford scene engraved on the back rest and tufted Hereford hide bench cushion.  Truly a one of a kind showstopper.

• Rare 19th century handcrafted Zanzibar dowry chest with brass metal overlay and brass mounts. The antique trunk is comprised of solid carved hardwood and features ornamental hinged lid. The interior is fitted with a candle box on the left side. The chest is adorned with pierced brass metal sheets and brass studs throughout, creating a series of geometric and Moorish inspired patterns. It has been adorned with Hereford hide and leather trim.  Truly one of a kind piece. Exquisitely detailed with magnificent craftsmanship and fitted with brass carrying handles. Originally used for travels and often for the exports of good. Makes a great coffee table, side table, or accent piece. Here is a google-eyed Endure daughter out of one of our best producing cows, a 43Y daughter originating from Miller Herefords. This dark red show heifer prospect is everything we hoped for with this mating; huge bellied, sweet fronted, great numbered and ultra-gentle. We think she is the right kind for any production setting.

He has sired some of our best cows and many times showring Champions. We lost him this past year and he will be truly missed. The dam, WORR Geisha Kyra is out of our #1 donor cow, and we simply think she is one of our best yet. Kyra is also our best uddered female on the ranch.
