Every animal sold to the highest bidder for cash or check. The auctioneer will settle any dispute as to bids.

Risk & Herd Health:
Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk as soon as sold and can be moved only after settlement is made. An individual health certificate will be furnished on each animal sold, meeting state and federal requirements.
Certificates and Transfers:
A certificate of registry and transfer will be furnished for each animal sold. Cows bred AI will NOT have an AI certificate furnished. Calves born after the sale will be registered by the purchaser.

Breeding Guarantee:
All sale lot animals are guaranteed breeders. Animals are sold under the breeding guarantee guidelines of the American Hereford Association.
