VIEWING
All cattle will be on site and penned at Heartland on December 15. We encourage you to go through them early due to the large number.

BULL PURCHASES AND WINTERING
Terms on bulls is 50% due sale day, with a postdated cheque for the remaining balance dated April 1, 2023. A wintering program is available on all bull purchases. All bulls must be insured. Any herd bulls or long yearling bulls selling will be semen tested prior to the sale. A wintering fee of $800 per bull calf is payable at the time of sale. The wintering fee will be waived on any purchases over $5,000 Bulls returned to us for wintering must be insured. Bull calves taken at the time of the sale will sell with no further guarantee. All bulls must be picked up by April 30, 2023.
EXPORT
Any cattle selling for export will be charged export testing fees of $250 per head which will be added to the purchase invoice. HS Knills can then look after brokerage and delivery at the purchasers expense, purchaser must contact them directly to arrange delivery. If we can be of assistance, contact us.
