Our e-Learning Packages The BVRLA e-learning platform provides a way for members to access high-quality learning that is convenient, easy-to-use and affordable. It enables organisations to reach learners working in different locations and delivers consistent messaging about the standards required. Within our Essentials package, modules such as ‘Safeguarding the Vulnerable’ and ‘Treating Customers Fairly’ ensure your staff are both confident and competent on key compliance areas. The Managers & Compliance package offers those in Managerial positions a higher-level understanding on topics such as SM&CR, Fraud Prevention and Conduct Risk. Key for those responsible for compliance in your business. Access to the e-Learning content is for 365 days and completion provides learners with certificates to support the Training aspect of the BVRLA Inspection Programme.
We’ve invested so members don’t have to Members working in a regulated environment have obligations to assess the competence of their people and address their training needs. The BVRLA’s learning and development programme is an obvious choice when members don’t have an adequate physical or digital learning infrastructure, or a delivery plan to invest in one. But it doesn’t stop there. Regulated firms must review employee competence and training needs regularly. The FCA says “Firms should make sure appropriate training is provided so employees remain competent. You will also need to monitor and assess regularly the training’s effectiveness to make sure it meets objectives”. The BVRLA’s Learning Management System provides on demand reports and assessments.
All e-Learning subscription licences run for a period of twelve months and grant access to BVRLA’s e-Learning material and achievement history to a single learner via the website. The BVRLA e-Learning platform has been developed in partnership with:
