BWI’s team has really worked hard to ensure this year’s EXPO is the best ever! With today’s technologies and social media such as Facebook, Twitter, websites, and webinars, one might wonder, “Do I really need to attend an EXPO that requires me to travel and take time away from my business?” I will personally guarantee you that BWI’s EXPO will more than justify your time and expense to attend. If it did not provide a return on investment (ROI), we would not go to the effort to host the event annually. We have streamlined the check-in process and you will check-in alphabetically by business name. If you did not register online, there will be a separate registration booth available for you. We will also be happy to answer any questions you might have.

As you tour the EXPO floor and begin to feel hungry, please remember that a breakfast and lunch buffet have been provided for you. The breakfast buffet will be available from 8:00 AM 9:00 AM on Tuesday and Wednesday. Lunch will be served from 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on Tuesday. This is a great time to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch while visiting with other BWI customers and BWI staff.

Do I have to attend the BWI EXPO to receive EXPO specials? Yes, customers must be present at the BWI EXPO to receive EXPO Specials, Show Terms, Hot Buys, EZ Street, Bulk Buys, Pallet Alley Pricing, and Bonus Buck Reward Incentives.

Where can I find a schedule of events, a map of the EXPO floor, an exhibitor list, and EXPO specials? You can find everything in this issue of Buylines, within the BWI mobile app, and on the EXPO website www.bwiexpo.com.

How do I arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel? Ride Share: Lyft and Uber are both active in Nashville. Download the app and request a ride when you’re ready to walk outside. Follow signs to ground transportation. The pickup location at BNA is on level one at ground transportation, one floor below baggage claim. Follow signs to the rideshare pickup zone. Taxi: Cabs are available from the taxi stand on the ground level of the airport. Nashville features a flat-fee service triangle between the airport, downtown and Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center. From point to point, taxi fares are currently set at $25 per cab for up to four passengers; within the triangle, charges should not exceed the flat-rate fare, which should be posted in the rear window of the taxi. Shuttles: The Jarmon Transportation, 615-275-0146, is located on the ground level of the airport and offers transportation to all Downtown & Metropolitan Nashville Area Hotels. Shuttles depart every 15 minutes from the airport. Reservations are not required for service from the airport. Transportation is available from hotels, but reservations are suggested to ensure a timely departure. What is the BWI mobile app and where can I download it? What is Pallet Alley? What are Bulk Buys? We’ve done the work and added the savings for you! Pallets are stacked with great product and are ready to move out the door. Pallet Alley and Bulk Buys is not just a convenient way to purchase, it’s a smart way to save. Where can I find a list of Pallet Alley and Bulk Buys specials? Please visit the Pallet Alley and Bulk Buys areas of the EXPO floor for a complete list of items. A list of items can also be found in this issue of Buylines and on the BWI mobile app. What is EZ Street? EZ Street was such a success in 2017 that it is returning in 2018. We are offering products in displays and merchandisers for vendors who do not have a booth at the EXPO. The offerings represent great opportunities with discounts and incentives for timely sales and promotions. It is an easy, no hassle stroll to shop the offerings. Where can I find a new product listing? You can find a new product listing in this issue of Buylines.

ORDERING AND CHECKOUT How do I place an order? You place an order using your buyer number that is printed on your name badge and on your buyer labels provided to you at check-in. You will provide this number to the booth attendant to place your order. Even though BWI has an electronic ordering process, select orders will be collected on paper using the buyer labels. These labels provide us with the necessary information to process your order. Additional buyer labels can be printed at the information booth.

What are the shipping parameters? We offer three choices of ship dates; early 12/1/2018, mid 1/15/2019, and late 2/15/2019. Choose one of these dates when placing your order. Do not worry if you need to change a ship date. Your BWI representative can adjust the ship date when reviewing your orders with you after the EXPO. What are the terms on orders? Payment terms are due net 60 days or due May 1, 2019 depending on the program (available to accounts in good standing). Where can I obtain a copy of my order? BWI suggests you review your orders before check-out. Several kiosks are available on the EXPO show floor. Look for the “Print and Review Orders” signs to locate the kiosks. Order confirmations can be emailed upon request at checkout. Where do I check-out, collect Cash Spiffs, and Bonus Bucks rewards? Before checking out visit one of the “Print and Review Orders” kiosks on the EXPO show floor to print a copy of your order and review for accuracy. If you need to make changes, please visit the information booth for help. Once your orders are final, go to the check-out booth located in the back/middle of the EXPO show floor and present your buyer number. You will receive a copy of your final show order and proceed to collect your Bonus Bucks. You can choose to take your Bonus Bucks with you, have them shipped to you, or applied as credit on account. How do I qualify for EXPO prizes? To qualify for EXPO prizes, you must purchase from at least 10 exhibitors or have total purchases equaling $50,000.00 or more by drawing time. Several prizes will be drawn Tuesday afternoon from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM with the final drawing for the Kubota tractor (with a loader, cutter, and trailer) at 10:30 AM on Wednesday. You do not have to be present to win. In addition to the BWI prizes, many participating exhibitors offer drawings at the show. Be on the lookout for these opportunities. MUSIC CITY WELCOMES

Nashville – a place where music to the museum, to see the country’s

spills out of the bars and onto the streets to welcome visitors and locals alike. While Music City is known for its country music scene, you will find rock, Americana, alternative, hip hop, classical, and more, both in the recording studios and on stage. But the city’s creative community has grown to include more than just alternate genres of music. The art, food, fashion, maker and retail markets have exploded with artists and galleries, award-winning chefdriven restaurants, exquisite fashion designers and makers, and uniquely Nashville shops.

There is no better place to experience all that Nashville has to offer than downtown where live music can be heard 365 days a year. The area houses some of Nashville’s most notable attractions, including the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum featuring state-of-the-art galleries showcasing many of music’s great talents, both past and present. Take a tour of the Museum paired with a stop at Historic RCA Studio B, where artists like Elvis and Dolly Parton recorded. Stop by Hatch Show Print, next door

oldest working letterpress print shop. Be sure to walk through the Music City Walk of Fame Park, located directly across the street from the Museum. There you will find stars dedicated to artists, performers, and songwriters from all genres of music. The park is free and open to the public.

While downtown, be sure to stop by the Johnny Cash Museum and the Goo Goo Shop, both located on 3rd Avenue. The Johnny Cash Museum features the world’s most comprehensive collection of Johnny Cash memorabilia and is open 7 days a week. If you have a sweet tooth, pick up a Goo Goo Cluster, which was the world’s first combination candy bar, right across the street from the Museum. Other points of interest in the downtown area include the historic Ryman Auditorium (where self-guided tours are offered daily), the Musicians

Hall of Fame and Museum and GRAMMY Museum Gallery, Puckett’s Grocery, and a number of boutique hotel properties with chef-driven restaurants inside (Bobby Hotel, Noelle, 21c Museum Hotel, Fairlane Hotel, to name a few). A few blocks up from the heart of downtown is the Frist Art Museum. Housed in the former post office constructed in the 1930’s, the Frist has a constant roster of impressive rotating visual arts exhibits. The Frist Art Museum is open seven days a week, and a great way to spend an afternoon. Art galleries throughout the city showcase a wide range of art and many feature local and/or regional artists.

If you find yourself with free time, head out to Cheekwood Estate and Gardens, located about 10 miles from Downtown Nashville. Cheekwood is a

55-acre botanical garden with an art museum located inside the former Cheek estate. Cheekwood is host to year-round festivities and world-class art exhibitions. Open Tuesday through Sunday, Cheekwood is definitely a sight to see. Explore Nashville like a local by visiting some of the unique neighborhoods throughout the city. Head to 12South for boutique shopping at White’s Mercantile, Emerson Grace, Ceri Hoover, Judith Bright, and more. Don’t leave the area without grabbing a gourmet Mexican popsicle from Las Paletas, located along 12th Avenue South across from Sevier Park. If you are looking for a more eclectic, hip vibe, head to East Nashville and browse shops, enjoy live music, and choose to eat at one of the many restaurants located in the area. Germantown, Wedgewood-Houston,

The Gulch, and Hillsboro Village are just a few of the other neighborhoods worth visiting. Learn more about them all: visitmusiccity.com/neighborhoods. Another fun option for exploring Nashville’s neighborhoods is by visiting some of the many craft distilleries and breweries. Whether you’re looking for some Tennessee whiskey, craftmade gin, cider or a good draft beer made locally, you will be sure to find a spot that fits your needs. Lower Broadway, also affectionately known as Honky Tonk Highway, offers live, free music 365 days a year. You can’t walk down the street without hearing the music pouring out from the Honky Tonks, which is played from 10 a.m.

How do I qualify for EXPO prizes?
