MorninG fiTness wake-UP

This class is a group personal training program for adults run by a certified personal trainer. Get the benefits of your own personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. The class is designed to promote life long healthy habits, increase energy levels, improve muscular strength and endurance and reduce the adverse effects of aging.
