Salone del Gusto is a landmark event on the theme of food culture , connecting every t wo years d e l e g at i o n s a n d l ov e r s o f ta s t e and food ethic.

The project had to deal with the design of identifying signs of over 1000 exhibitors and with the communication management that could drive the 200k visitors in the more than 70k square meters divided into five pavilions.

After market researches, study in history of textile patterns and hand printing techniques, finally, the branding was designed with an accent on the cute handmade detailes that distinguish the brand. The project is finished with a business plan, a website, blog and newsletter design.

d e ta i l s being a small business in vercelli (italy), the bakery “il mattarello� wanted to give to its point of sale and pagkaing solutions the mood of a bottega, putting focus on the craftmanship of people working there. packaging solutions had to be easy and fast to assemble, and adaptable to different kind of products throughout the year.

d e ta i l s the activity ranged from touch point analisys to designing creative ways to suprise, with a sweet treat, clients during their stay. normal hotel and cinema services, like receiving the newspaper or having a break at the coffee bar, are used to vehicle the brand’s little treat whilst trying to make the experience pleasant and worth remembering.
