Clock 1:30 pm–5:00 pm
Implementing Cloud Data Warehousing to Improve Agility, Cost Effectiveness, Scalability and Performance
During this deep-dive workshop, explore the benefits of implementing Cloud data warehousing to improve agility, cost effectiveness, scalability, and performance. As organizations continue to generate vast amounts of data, traditional on-premises data warehousing solutions have become insufficient. Cloud data warehousing offers a flexible, scalable, and cost-effective solution to this problem. This workshop will dive into the key advantages of Cloud data warehousing, including the ability to easily scale up or down, pay for only what is used, and access advanced analytics tools.
Additionally, we will examine some of the challenges organizations may face when transitioning to the Cloud, such as data integration and security concerns. Overall, this workshop will highlight and outline the benefits of implementing Cloud data warehousing and provides insights for organizations considering making the transition to the Cloud, including:
• Understanding the new and innovative ways that Cloud data warehousing improves agility, cost effectiveness, scalability, and performance
• Identifying the myriad ways that traditional, on-premises data warehousing solutions are insufficient for managing vast amounts of data
• Mapping out expectations for transitioning to the Cloud, which may pose challenges such as data integration and security concerns
• Keys to using the Cloud to improve data management capabilities
• A look at pay-per-use pricing models that reduce upfront costs and make Cloud data warehousing more cost-effective
