The sun is glistening

Watching the clock The sun is glistening It is getting close to noon, But I don't want to waste my live Watching time passing by I always wished for a friend Who would watch The sun move on to the Other side of the globe with me But only one minute of silence Would stab me in the back with its boredom I am looking for daring adventures Views that will make my soul spark I never want glimpse at my watch again To count the seconds that are keeping me From experiencing untold stories But for now I think I will gaze at the sunset for a minute

I saw 12 lights Every light is unique Some are bright, but quite petite Some give of a gloomy light Some shine just right Some flicker like a beheaded fly Some try to shine the brightest Well at least they try Some you have to shield your eyes, Because they are to strong Some last life long Some sparkle like a splashing rainbow Some only shine very low Some are night black And some never come back That’s 12 lights for you Mabey even 13 cause You are one too

The Face on the Moon The radiant moon looks upon you in your sleep His inviting smile hugs you In the dark, spine-chilling night All the worries whisk away Into the gloomy The face on the moon, not a tale Sitting out there, glistening Not a lot of people believe But I know I will show

You

The face on the moon He is the one that will Say good night He will be your light Believe and you will see For now good night
