1:1 Meeting
Key Project Management Templates and Tools
The 1:1 meeting template provides a list of questions that might be used on a 1:1 session, as a general rule we ask our leaders to perform a monthly session with each team member if you have a small team (2 to 8). If your team is medium size (9 to 14) you can perform a quarterly meeting to each member. For larger teams we recommend to execute at least 6 sessions per month to random resources. On this template you have the possibility to track the performance and pending actions resulting from any session during the year, saving a file for each member will help you organize and keep history of their progress.
