Corridor Vision The Corridor Concept expresses the contribution of each station to a unified and complimentary, yet diverse, corridor that maximizes transit ridership while providing desirable development and infrastructure improvements that result in vibrant station areas where people live, work, shop, and recreate.

Greenway Station Vision The Greenway Avenue station is envisioned as a NEIGHBORHOOD STATION that primarily serves a highly‐transit dependent population within Landfall and the surrounding Oakdale single‐family residential neighborhood north of I‐94.

Greenway Station Vision The Greenway Avenue station is envisioned as a Neighborhood station that primarily serves a highly‐transit dependent population within Landfall and the surrounding Oakdale single‐family residential neighborhood north of I‐94. Within the Greenway Station area, there are few opportunities for transit‐oriented infill or redevelopment. Strategic improvements to key multi‐modal transportation routes are intended to provide safe, direct, and convenient BRT access for current residents.

Within the Greenway Station area, there are few opportunities for transit‐oriented infill or redevelopment. Strategic improvements to key multi‐modal transportation routes are intended to provide safe, direct, and convenient BRT access for current residents. Where development opportunities are present, station‐activating commercial and neighborhood‐compatible, affordable, and market‐rate moderate‐density multi‐ family apartments, condominiums, townhome development is envisioned.

Equity Objective To stem the tide of displacement that can result from the implementation of a premium transit service, a key outcome of this planning process is a development plan that is the basis of proactive equitable growth policies directing investments to affordable housing and commercial development sites prior to the construction of the Gold Line.
