Basilica of San Sebastian, Manila, Philippines: Elegantly Crafted Exemplary and beautiful describes the Basilica of San Sebastian- an old church which is standing at the test of time and shining with its original glaze. Basilica of San Sebastian is the only all steel church present in Philippines. It is situated in Plaza del Carmen at Plaza del Carmen in eastern end of Recto Avenue in Milan, Philippines. It was designed by Genaro Palacios. The construction of partly church and partly Basilica, is started in 1888 and completed in 1891. It was declared as National Historical Landmark in 1973 by Philippines Government. It might be declared as World Heritage Site as it is included in the tentative list for this designation. The elegance of Basilica attributed to the fact that it is the perfect example of revival of Gothic Architecture in Philippines.

Basilica of San Sebastian is Roman Catholic basilica which is also the seat of Parish of San Sebastian. It comprised of two openwork towers with arched steel ceiling. The nave of the church has risen from to floor to dome and tip of two spires at the height of 12 meters and 32 meters respectively. The interior of Basilica consist of groined vaults based on Gothic Architecture which allows the spacious embellishment from lateral windows. There are six waterfronts stated in church made by marble belonged from Romblon. The steel columns and ceiling have the luster of marble and jasper.
