Overall it designed as a white diagonal spine going from ground to pinnacle with a wing extends from both the side and joined in topmost pinnacle where a 40 m needle is suspended. Amongst the residential apartments, there are 4 onebedroom, 82 two-bedroom apartments and 172 three-bedroom apartments. Building services
