In the present case it’s the landscape of Balmes hill located at opposite bank. Another key feature is two giant atriums which almost look like two gigantic eyes. The balconies are situated around these two atriums. It was created in order to allow air in the office as well as to look over the dock. The building envelope is the mixture of glass and aluminum skin which allows the light to pass, result in beautiful and shining exterior.
