Begin the process by completing an application form. If you didn't get one with this brochure, please email the Club at alist@publicshcoolsclub.com.au to request one.
On the application form, there is a place for a referee to recommend you. This can be a Head Teacher, Deputy Head, Housemaster/Housemistress, or Head of Year.
You might be invited to an informal get-together with members of the Club's Committee (maybe for dinner or for coffee), so that we can get to know you better.
Join us! Congratulations! You can now enjoy your A List Membership and all the benefits that this brings, like staying at reciprocal clubs and enjoying great social events.
The Club is located on East Terrace, minutes from Hutt Street and opposite the parklands. Young members are the lifeblood of any organisation, and this is why the A List is such an important part of the Public Schools' Club. A List Members enjoy all of the many facilities that the Club has to offer, and you can mix with people from all walks of life, professions and industries.
The Public Schools' Club was founded in 1959 by members of ten Adelaide Old Collegian Associations. Since that time, our membership has expanded but the ethos of the Club remains the same — it is a place where people of all backgrounds and beliefs can meet, exchange ideas and enjoy each other's company in convivial surroundings. The Club exists for the benefit of its Members and offers a wide range of events, including formal dinners, sporting and social events, civic celebrations and gourmet evenings.
We're within easy walking distance of Adelaide University, UniSA, Rundle Mall and the East End. Public Schools' Club 207 East Terrace Adelaide SA 5000 (08) 8223 3213 alist@publicschoolsclub.com.au www.publicschoolsclub.com.au
