Overvliet probeert met dit kunstwerk er aan mee te werken dat de witte tenten en dus deze haringen in de nabije toekomst niet meer nodig zijn en dat de tentharingen definitief als historisch artefact in het museum ten toon kunnen worden gesteld. Die Verwendung des Zeltpflocks steht als Symbol für die großen weißen UNHCR-Zelte, mit denen weltweit Flüchtlingslager errichtet werden. Mit diesem Kunstwerk versucht Overvliet dazu beizutragen, dass die weißen Zelte mit ihren Pflöcken in naher Zukunft nicht mehr benötigt werden und der Zeltpflock endgültig als historisches Artefakt im Museum ausgestellt werden kann.
