The Princess Bride When a young boy falls ill, his grandfather comes to visit him. He wants to cheer-up his grandson, Grandpa brought along a storybook called “The Princess Bride”. It’s a tale of the love between a farm boy and a young woman. The two main characters are Buttercup and Westley. This love was cruelly interrupted by Westley's tragic death at sea when seeking his fortune in the new world. A heartbroken, Buttercup swore never to love again, but she accepts a marriage proposal from Prince Humperdinck, the heir to the throne of Florin. But death cannot stop true love, and in a story filled with action, exotically
accented swordsmen, bighearted giants, genius kidnappers, sadistic torturers, vile swamps, rodents of unusual size, the Dread Pirate Roberts and a miracle worker. The lovestory between Westley and Buttercup
Will Inigo Montaya find the six-fingered man who murdered his father? Will Humperdinck's evil plans come to fruition? And, more importantly, will Grandpa be able to tell the story without any of the yucky kissing?
