CAI-GRIE

Connect Magazine is the official publication the award-winning Greater Inland Empire (GRIE) chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). CAI provides information, education and resources to the homeowner volunteers who govern communities and the professionals who support them. CAI members include association board members and other homeowner leaders, community managers, association management firms and other professionals who provide products and services to associations. CAI-GRIE was founded in 1990 to meet the needs of the common interest development industry in the Inland Empire area of Riverside and San Bernardino counties and the eastern fringes of Los Angeles County. Our Chapter's Board of Directors governs the Chapter, while the committees work hard to produce either educational or social activities. Connect Magazine was developed to better spread the word about CAI-GRIE events, educational opportunities, legislative awareness and to deliver industry authored stories meant to educate the homeowner and condominium association industry to assist in our Members aspirations of exceeding the expectations of the residents in their communities.
