With the new year’s first edition of Connect, we look ahead with optimism and an unshakable resolve, borne out of a challenging and unprecedented 2020. What better way to forge ahead and out of the previous year, than with 2021’s theme of “Journey to the Top”?

As last year showed, Our CAI-GRIE chapter’s sustained success is characterized by resilience, but most importantly, the support of each other and our community leaders. Moving forward and through Connect magazine, our esteemed volunteer contributors are here to provide us with their insights and perspectives in dealing with various, unique community association issues.

This issue kicks off 2021 with a new format, crafted to highlight those experiences and insights. With articles from managers describing their paths to success, among others, we hope to provide you with more resources that will continue to guide our community to the top. It is my sincerest pleasure to continue to serve as your Editor of Connect magazine for the year 2021. With another successful year for our chapter, we will continue to prove that no task is too great to handle!
