If last year proved anything, it was that our CAI-GRIE chapter met the task of keeping with our theme: “Journey to the Top”. Indeed, community leaders took this to heart, responding to new and old challenges with courage, creativity and the same unshakable resolve that characterizes this chapter’s sustained success.

With 2021 in the rear view, our community is already hard at work, with a successful 2022 in its sights. This year’s theme, “RISE UP”, will be yet another benchmark for our Chapter to meet and surpass, thanks to some of the best volunteers and leaders in the community association industry. As your Editor of Connect Magazine once again for the year 2022, I hope the forthcoming issues will continue to serve as a small part of that success. More importantly though, we hope to share the unique insights and perspectives of our esteemed contributors, as well as highlight how CAI-GRIE is continuing to RISE UP, this year and beyond.
